4/19/2024 Weekend Update
All - the jobsite will be open normal hours on Saturday, 4/20/2024 . Have a nice weekend.
5/8/2024 - Watts Street Closure
On May 8th Watts Street will be temporarily closed due to the final slab on grad concrete pour at Building A. This was previously scheduled for April 25th, but has now been postponed to May 8th.
4/25/2024 Watts Street Closure (UPDATED - POSTPONED)
The concrete pour has been postponed on 4/25/2024. Watts Street will be open and all normal activities will proceed on this day.
3/22/2024 Update
Flooring is beginning to go in on Building B! See below image. Construction remains on schedule. Please note, the jobsite will be open Saturday, 3/23/2024.
Chelsea Residents on Site
To update the community, we wanted to let everyone know that 16% of the jobsite is currently employed by Chelsea residents. There are consistently 150 workers on site between the trades, and we continue to prioritize getting Chelsea residents on the jobsite. Have a nice weekend.
3/15/2024 Weekend Update
Construction continues to progress in Chelsea. Both buildings A and B have remained on schedule. Please note, the jobsite will be open tomorrow, 3/16/2024. Finally, as a reminder, a slab on grade concrete pour is scheduled for this Tuesday. Central Street will be closed on this day during the pour.

All, due to a concrete pour for Building A, Central Street will be closed on 3/19/24.
