The project is a partnership between the Chelsea Housing Authority (CHA), Joseph J. Corcoran Company (JJC), and John M. Corcoran & Company (JMC & Co), with support from state and local agencies, is one of the country’s leading residential management and development firms, specializing in delivering unmatched customer service and maintaining exceptional quality standards. Chelsea Innes will offer a range of housing options for residents of different income levels, including public housing, workforce housing, and market-rate units. The project will also enhance the quality of life for residents and neighbors by supplying new open spaces, improved infrastructure, and greater access to services.
